Folding Dumplings
A chef folds a dumpling at a preparation table, with wrappers, filling and a tray of finished dumplings nearby. The round parcels have folds gathered at the top, and the circular wrappers leave larger open areas. Two stacks of steamers and hanging tools add repeated lines behind the chef.
