Honeybee Drinking from a Pebble Dish
A honeybee stands on a stone protruding from a shallow water dish and lowers its mouthpart to the water. Rings spread from the contact point, with other stones, narrow leaves and flowering plants around the dish. The broad stone shapes contrast with the fine wing veins and body hairs.
