Hummingbird Resting on a Twig
A hummingbird grips a gently curved twig with both feet. Its folded wing has overlapping feather sections, while the long bill and tail point in different directions. Two leaves balance the branch. Work from the broad belly toward the smaller wing feathers, then give the leaves their own color.
