Haunted Village — pumpkin carving stencil

Three houses of different heights line a little moonlit street. Separate roof strips, narrow wall sections and small windows give this scene more tracing work than the single haunted house.

A closer look at this pattern

What to cut. What to keep.

Follow these shapes

Cut the crescent, three roof strips, three lower wall shapes and three windows. The two doorway shapes join the bottoms of their wall cut-outs; the smallest house has a plain U-shaped wall.

Leave these areas connected

Keep every white gap between roof and walls intact, so each house interior stays connected to the surrounding shell. Leave the strips between buildings uncut from top to bottom.

Fit this design to your pumpkin

Try a 175–185 mm print and check the smallest windows, door shapes and gaps between buildings. This scene needs a broad, smooth pumpkin front.

Print width: 175–185 mm. Check the whole print against your pumpkin before transferring; this range does not guarantee the design will be easy to carve.
