Surprised Pumpkin Face — pumpkin carving stencil

What to cut. What to keep.

Follow these shapes

Transfer the eyebrow, two eyes and mouth as four dark openings. The surprised mouth is a solid oval; it does not have a center that needs to stay attached.

Leave these areas connected

Keep the strip below the raised eyebrow and above its eye. Retain the broad area between the eyes and mouth to preserve the open, surprised expression.

Fit this design to your pumpkin

Include the eyebrow when checking the top edge of the print. Flip the complete face if you want the raised eyebrow to face another pumpkin in a pair.

Print width: 130–185 mm. Check the whole print against your pumpkin before transferring; this range does not guarantee the design will be easy to carve.
