What to cut. What to keep.
Follow these shapes
Trace the angular crown, long curved brim and five-point star. The hat has no buckle or small interior cut-outs.
Leave these areas connected
Retain the light strip between the crown and brim. Keep the notch under the bent tip open to the surrounding shell.
Fit this design to your pumpkin
The brim sets the width; the star sets the left side higher up. Check both on the print before placing the tip beneath the pumpkin’s stem.
Print width: 145–185 mm. Check the whole print against your pumpkin before transferring; this range does not guarantee the design will be easy to carve.
