What to cut. What to keep.
Follow these shapes
Transfer the complete outside edge, following the lobes and notches around the leaf. The stem is part of the same dark shape as the leaf blade.
Leave these areas connected
The surrounding pumpkin stays in place. There is no center or vein structure to preserve inside the opening; do not add interior pieces that are absent from the template.
Fit this design to your pumpkin
One opening can still have many corners. Check the highest point and the bottom of the stem as well as the broad side lobes when fitting this tall silhouette.
Print width: 140–185 mm. Check the whole print against your pumpkin before transferring; this range does not guarantee the design will be easy to carve.
