What to cut. What to keep.

Follow these shapes

Follow the outside of the head, muzzle, chest, foreleg, seated body and tail. The solid shape has no eye or collar opening inside it.

Leave these areas connected

Preserve the long light notch between the foreleg and body. Keep the open center above the tail connected to the shell behind the dog.

Fit this design to your pumpkin

Check the muzzle on the left and the tail sweep on the right. The design has a tall body as well as a broad base, so compare both dimensions before transferring.

Print width: 160–185 mm. Check the whole print against your pumpkin before transferring; this range does not guarantee the design will be easy to carve.
